My Story…

Ajahn Suchart & Kru Glen have been a transformative figures in my journey, altering the course of my life, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Ajahn, a genuine Muay Thai master with formal academic credentials, operates Muay Thai schools & trains world-class athletes.

Under Ajahn’s Guidance, I absorbed not only the technical precision of Muay Thai but also the spiritual strength intertwined with this ancient art. My mission is to pass on this wealth of knowledge & skills to the next generation.

Fulled by a profound passion for Muay Thai, I’ve dedicated many years to teaching this martial art. Starting in my basement with a handful of students, I’ve been fortunate to establish my own studio. I believe that learning a martial art mirrors life – challenging, filled with obstacles, but surrendering is never an option. My commitment is to guide individuals to move forward, achieve their goals & conquer obstacles.

My ultimate objective is to impact the rich tradition and culture of Muay Thai to all my students, contributing to the growth of our community.

Kru Joseph

My Story…

Embarking on my Muay Thai journey at 8 years old, it quickly became an integral part of my life, shaping me into the person I am today. Muay Thai has been my guiding force, imparting invaluable lessons of love, respect, hope, & discipline.

As I envision the next decade, my passion lies in continuing to train & inspire others to become the best versions of themselves. My goal extends beyond producing the next top fighter; rather, I aspire to make meaningful impact on individuals, instilling belief, turning lives around, & fostering personal growth.

Teaching comes with its share of challenges, particularly when faced with individuals plagues by self-doubt. Yet, the most gratifying aspect is overcoming these hurdles, helping others discover their self-belief & witnessing their transformative journey.

After a day of teaching, the satisfaction derives from knowing I’ve made a positive difference in at least one person’s life is immeasurable. Whether it’s in the realms of fitness, mental health, or self-defense, as long as my students learn & enhance themselves, I am happy.

Currently holding the title of a qualified Poo Choi Kru & a C-licensed coach, my personal journey in Muay Thai encompasses 8 fights. I firmly believe in the reciprocity of energy, countering negativity with an infusion of positivity. This principle forms the core of my teaching philosophy, urging my students to cultivate the same mindset.

In the realm of instruction, my approach is methodical & structured. I prioritize simplicity, breaking down every technique into its fundamental steps. When teaching the art of throwing a punch for example, my aim is to guide you through each nuance until you grasp the intricacies of steps A,B, & C, fostering a deeper understanding of the process.

Beyond the physical aspects, Kru Glenn’s motivation to teach extends far beyond the realm of technique and strategy. Kru Kyle

My story…

I embarked on my Muay Thai journey in 2016, marking the beginning of an incredible martial arts adventure. Growing up with a father who excelled as a brown belt in karate, my interest in martial arts was ignited early on. Despite the family legacy in karate, it wasn’t until a friend introduced me to Muay Thai that I discovered my true martial arts passion.

As a PC Kru of Muay Thai, certified by both the Government of Thailand and Ontario, my journey has been blessed and recognized by the Thai Monks of Thailand. Holding a Green Shorts certification along with a “C” class instructor license, I am committed to delivering authentic Muay Thai instruction.

My teaching style revolves around an aggressive approach to movement, emphasizing the importance of retreat only when necessary. With heavy hands and a solid guard, I focus on instilling balance, rhythm, and a strong, relaxed posture in my students.

Teaching Muay Thai is an honor, allowing me to pass on knowledge to the new generation of athletes. Witnessing students progress and conquer challenges brings immense satisfaction. I take pride in helping individuals unleash their potential, building confidence they once kept suppressed.

Leading Muay Thai classes has deepened my love and respect for the martial art. The sense of trust among focused, like-minded individuals creates a unique martial arts family. Teaching has elevated my own training, leaving no room for slacking or incorrect form when leading by example. Every class is an opportunity to share accountability and passion with everyone involved.
