Muay Thai Classes
Experience the art of Muay Thai with our diverse range of classes for all levels. From kids and beginners to advanced and women-only classes, we have something for everyone. Our experienced instructors will guide you through proper technique, conditioning, and self-defense skills, while fostering a supportive and empowering community.
The art of traditional Thai Boxing. This is geared for individuals wanting to commit to traditional Muay Thai training. You will learn from the basics, consisting of proper form, various clinching techniques, to strikes with fists, elbows, knees and chin. Classes will incorporate body strengthening and move onto the martial art aspect.
Core Fitness
Take your fitness to the next level with our core fitness classes. Designed to strengthen and tone your core muscles, these classes incorporate a variety of exercises and techniques. These 45 min boxing style cardio classes will help you build muscle via weight training and with the use of your own body weight combined with cardiovascular exercises. This workout gives you body building strength and toning, along with endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our classes will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Kettlebell Core
Our kettlebell core classes focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility using kettlebell exercises. This class is based on anabolic/metabolic style of workout. Building muscle via weight training and the use of your own body weight combined with cardiovascular exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes provide a challenging and effective workout that targets multiple muscle groups.
